Most orders arrive in 6 to 17 business days: 2 to 7 business days to make your cushion, then 4 to 10 business days in transit. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills at least a third of the frame. The original file from your phone is better than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media. If your photo is too small to print well, we email you before printing.

Yes. The cushion arrives with an insert, and the cover closes with a hidden zipper.

Yes. At checkout you can add an optional name (up to 30 characters) and a short message (up to 40 characters), like a date or a few words. We add them to your design.

We fit your photo to the square shape of the cushion, which can trim the edges. Photos with your pet near the center work best. If we think important parts will be cropped, we email you.

We do not send a design proof. We check your photo's resolution and fit before printing, and we contact you if anything looks off.

Remove the insert, then machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. Skip bleach, and do not iron the printed side. Wash the insert only if its label says you can.

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once it is printed, it cannot be cancelled.

Because each cushion is made from your photo, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you.
